At Little Black Heart Designs, we take pride in the quality of our print-on-demand products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
- The item significantly differs from the description or images on our website
1.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
- Digital products
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at hello@lbhdesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Include clear photos of the issue if claiming damage or defect
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions
2.2 Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items: We will cover the return shipping costs
- For other eligible returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
3.2 Exchange Process
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchanged item has a different price, you will either be charged the difference or refunded the difference
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
4.1 Print Quality Issues
For print quality issues:
- Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 1.5 inches) are considered normal for print-on-demand products
- Significant print flaws, peeling, cracking, or fading that occurs before first wash is considered a defect
4.2 Sizing Issues
- Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit
- Size exchanges may be permitted at our discretion, but shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
5. Print-on-Demand Specific Policies
As a print-on-demand business:
- Each item is custom-printed when ordered
- There may be slight variations in color, sizing, and finish compared to how they appear on screen
- We cannot accept returns based on subjective issues like “I don’t like the design” or “The color is slightly different than I expected”
6. Cancellations
6.1 Order Cancellations
- You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing hello@lbhdesigns.com
- Once an order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled
- We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be processed before production begins
